First of all I would like to apologise for the delay in sending the project, as you know we usually send the projects even before the shipping date, but this year I don't know what has happened with the two projects we have had for months, but in both there have been setbacks but finally we have started to send your orders.

antes de nada quería pediros disculpas por el retraso en el envío del proyecto, como sabéis solemos enviar los proyectos incluso antes de la fecha de envío, pero este año no se que ha pasado con los dos proyectos que tenemos desde hace meses, pero en ambos ha habido contratiempos pero finalmente ya empezamos a enviar vuestros pedidos.

We’re excited to share that, after completing the fulfillment of our previous two projects (over 450 shipments in total!), the production molds for this project are ready, and we’ve started manufacturing the miniatures this week. We’re getting closer every day to delivering your pieces to you!
 
We’d also like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and support. With only one person working part-time, the process has unfortunately taken longer than expected.
 
Rest assured, we are fully committed to delivering a high-quality product, and we’re doing everything we can to ensure your miniatures reach you as soon as possible.

Nos complace compartir que, tras completar la entrega de los dos proyectos anteriores (¡más de 450 envíos en total!), los moldes de producción para este proyecto ya están listos, y esta semana hemos comenzado a fabricar las miniaturas. Cada día estamos más cerca de que podáis disfrutar de vuestras piezas en casa.
 
Queremos aprovechar esta actualización para disculparnos sinceramente por la demora en la entrega. Sabemos que la espera puede ser frustrante y agradecemos enormemente vuestra paciencia y apoyo. Dada nuestra capacidad actual, con solo una persona trabajando a media jornada, el proceso ha avanzado más lentamente de lo esperado.
 
Sin embargo, os aseguramos que seguimos comprometidos con entregar un producto de la más alta calidad, y estamos poniendo todo nuestro esfuerzo para que las miniaturas lleguen a vosotros lo antes posible.

Hello everyone, dear backers!
 
First of all, we want to sincerely thank you for your patience and trust in our work. We know you’re eager for updates on Ursus Kingdom, so we want to be transparent about our current situation.
 
At the moment, we are completing the fulfillment of two previous campaigns, which together amount to over 450 shipments. This has required a significant logistical effort, especially since we currently have only one part-time team member due to circumstances beyond our control.
 
We want to make it clear that this is not an excuse but an honest explanation of why the process is taking longer than we’d like. That being said, we are now close to finishing these deliveries, and as soon as we do, we will focus all our efforts on the production and delivery of Ursus Kingdom.
 
Our goal remains the same: to provide you with high-quality products and to do so as quickly as possible. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support as we work to fulfill this commitment.

Antes que nada, queremos agradeceros de corazón por vuestra paciencia y confianza en nuestro trabajo. Sabemos que estáis deseando recibir noticias sobre Ursus Kingdom, y queremos ser transparentes con vosotros sobre nuestra situación actual.
 
En estos momentos, estamos finalizando las entregas de dos campañas anteriores, que en conjunto suman más de 450 envíos. Esto nos ha supuesto un gran esfuerzo logístico, especialmente porque actualmente solo contamos con una persona trabajando a media jornada por circunstancias ajenas a nuestro control.
 
Queremos dejar claro que esto no es una excusa, sino más bien una explicación honesta de por qué el proceso está tomando más tiempo del que nos gustaría. Dicho esto, estamos a punto de finalizar estas entregas, y tan pronto como lo hagamos, centraremos toda nuestra atención en la producción y el envío de Ursus Kingdom.
 
Nuestro objetivo sigue siendo el mismo: ofreceros productos de la mejor calidad y hacerlo con la mayor brevedad posible. Os agradecemos enormemente vuestra comprensión y apoyo mientras trabajamos para cumplir con este compromiso.
